Meet Myrakle

Working With Children & Youth

I find that young clients respond really well to creative therapies and hands-on activities. Making art allows them to process emotions in a safe, non-verbal way. For older kids and teens, I incorporate techniques like cognitive restructuring to challenge negative thought patterns holding them back. My goal is to help youth find their voice, and learn to express themselves. Common issues I help with include building self-confidence, managing peer relationships, and managing emotions effectively instead of acting out.

Working With Adults

With adults, I draw upon cognitive-behavioral techniques to replace unhealthy thought patterns with self-compassion. You’ll gain deeper self-awareness and coping strategies to anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. My solutions-focused style means setting tangible goals to start living your desired life.

Faith and Identity

I have a passion working with youth and families because growing up I often felt misunderstood and unheard. Growing up in the church gave me a sense of belonging and I enjoy incorporating faith in practice. We are all complex individuals and I love to help my clients unpack all of their layers and intersections of identity.

Outside the Office

To recharge, you’ll find me exploring my artistic side through poetry, visiting art museums, or getting lost in a good movie. I also love gaming from time to time – it sparks my imagination and allows me to be playful. Above all, I prioritize self-care through restorative practices like meditation, journaling, and spending quality time with loved ones. My commitment to personal growth makes me a better guide for my clients.
