Meet Meredith

Who I Work With

I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are navigating the challenges of OCD and anxiety-related disorders—including generalized anxiety, panic, specific phobias, and social anxiety. I also have a deep commitment to supporting individuals who experience emotional dysregulation and impulsive behaviors. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child, a teen feeling overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, or an adult struggling to break free from the grip of OCD, I meet you where you are—with curiosity, respect, and a clear path forward.

My Training & Approach

My work is rooted in specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) through the IOCDF’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and parent training to equip caregivers with tools to set loving boundaries against their child’s anxiety (SPACE). I maintain regular consultation to ensure my expertise grows and I am up to date with evidence-based practices. I also teach clients practical skills to clarify their goals and values, regulate emotions, and build stronger relationships. In addition to therapy, I offer psychological testing for a range of concerns including ADHD, autism, learning disorders, and differential diagnosis. My goal is to provide clarity and direction—whether through treatment or assessment.

What You’ll Take Away

In our sessions, you’ll learn how to identify and connect with the values that matter most to you. You’ll develop the ability to open up to challenging thoughts and emotions without being overwhelmed by them, and learn how to sidestep unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we’ll build a toolkit that empowers you to take meaningful steps toward the kind of life you want to live—one that feels more intentional, connected, and resilient.
