Working With Kids & Adults

I especially enjoy working with teens, young women, and moms who are navigating anxiety, self-confidence, identity, life transitions, relationships, and the many expectations that can come with growing into who you are. For moms, this may mean navigating the beautiful and overwhelming transition into motherhood, postpartum changes, the mental load, or finding yourself again in a role that can sometimes feel all-consuming. For teens and young women, it may mean figuring out who you are, learning to trust yourself, managing comparison and self-doubt, or navigating the pressure to have life figured out.

What to Expect

Together, we’ll work to understand what’s underneath what you’re experiencing, identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools that actually fit into your everyday life. My goal is not simply to help you get through the hard season you’re in, but to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself as you move forward. If your faith is an important part of your life, I’m also happy to incorporate a Christian perspective into our work in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you. You never have to leave an important part of who you are at the door.

Therapy doesn’t have to be about fixing who you are. It can be about understanding yourself more deeply, learning to trust yourself again, and becoming more confident in how you move through life. You don’t have to keep figuring everything out on your own, and you don’t have to wait until things feel completely overwhelming to reach out. Sometimes, simply recognizing, “I don’t want to keep doing things this way,” is enough reason to begin. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more connected to yourself, more confident in your choices, and better equipped for whatever comes next.
