Working with Couples
Being in a relationship is hard work, and sometimes we find ourselves feeling alone, together. If you or your partner is struggling with boredom or resentment in your relationship, I can help you dig deeper before things get worse. Perhaps you find yourself arguing more often than not. We can work together to trace your triggers, and you may be surprised by what you discover about yourself and your partner.
Whether you are newly coupled, or questioning continuing the relationship, I can help. I work with couples to improve their connection and become the kind of partners they want to be. To have the kind of relationship they desire. At the end of our work, you may have greater closeness, intimacy, and communication skills.
Working with Adults
Sometimes life doesn’t look the way we thought it might. Perhaps you feel lonely or can’t make meaningful relationships. Whether you’re struggling to develop healthy coping skills, or just feel lost and unfulfilled, I can help you explore what’s missing. I can help you imagine your ideal life and figure out what’s blocking that path. We can explore what’s really within your control, so that you can begin to live out your goals. You can feel empowered to make more satisfying choices. At the end of our work, you may have increased self-confidence and comfort with who you are.
Working with Youth
Kids that I work with often struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, or relationship issues with peers or family. I prefer to take a less directive approach to allow kids freedom and choice in this process. I find that kids have what they need to be resilient and thrive. Instead of advice, they need a space to work through problems without pressure.

Outside the Office
I enjoy spending my free time with my husband and my daughter. We have a family farm that we escape to on the weekends. My daughter loves to help drive the tractor, see the cows, and chase the chickens. We are huge animal lovers and between our dogs, and my mom’s, we have a pack of seven roaming the farm at any given time. I am also a Disney fan and have been thrilled to introduce my daughter to some of my favorite classic movies, especially Beauty and the Beast.
