From Kingwood, take I-69 West to I-45 North. Take exit 76 toward Sawdust Road and head west. The building at 1544 Sawdust Road is on the right, past Vitality Medical Clinic. Suite 290 is on the second floor. The drive is approximately 30 minutes in normal traffic.
Alternatively, our Houston office at 2028 Buffalo Terrace is about 35 minutes west via I-69 and is closer for Kingwood families who prefer an Inner Loop location for individual therapy (ages 8 and up).
