Practice skills in real time: Learning together means you can immediately apply what you’re learning at home, with guidance on how to support each other.

Build Connection & Confidence at Home

We offer in-person groups in The Woodlands and Spring, designed for tweens and their caregivers to learn and grow together. When families share the same tools and language, it becomes easier to navigate big emotions, reduce conflict, and support each other in everyday moments.

These groups provide a structured yet supportive environment where both parents and tweens can practice real skills side by side. Instead of repeating the same patterns, families begin to respond differently—with more clarity, calm, and understanding.
